Having trouble connecting to our databases? 

We have discovered that several people periodically have trouble accessing the databases while using Internet Explorer.  We tested the Mozilla Firefox browser and we didn't have any problems.  We are trying to determine why Internet Explorer is not working.  In the meantime, you might try using Firefox as your browser.   You can download it for free at http://www.mozilla.com. Click on the "download Firefox" button and follow the directions.   Firefox doesn't look much different than Internet Explorer and you can always keep Explorer as your primary browser and use Firefox solely for accessing our databases.

*** We are experiencing dificulties accessing the Grolier databases.  These databases include the Grolier Mulitmedia Encyclopedia, Lands and Peoples, America the Beautiful, and La Nueva Enciclopedia.  We hope to have this problem resolved shortly and we are sorry for the inconvenience. ***
